指定条款和条件是确保销售顺利进行的必要条件。买卖双方相互约定。客户阅读这些条款，承诺其所承担的责任与义务。
系统可以设置默认的条款，可以自动带入报价、销售订单等单据非常方便。
设置
此设置不需要什么特殊设定。只需要安装【开票】模块
通用条款的设定
通用条款可以在公司信息上设定，这些信息可以自动出现在销售相关文档中。
进入【设置】-【通用设置】-【配置公司数据】进行设定。

Information on the product
It is also possible to add specific information regarding a product on the quotation. To add information regarding the water bottle in your quotation, go into .
Select or create your waterbottle in the products. Click on your product, then click the edit button
If you go into the notes widget you will have the possibility to specify your description necessary for the quotation (see picture below).
Quotation and sales terms
After saving, your terms and conditions appear on your quotation.
